3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status directly on the courier’s website.

• Selected international destinations

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
BrandC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your international order. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
6. Delays or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable couriers, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team at support@brandc.shop, and we will assist you promptly.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. BrandC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
