The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
We do not offer refunds for:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Digital products or gift cards.

Shipping charges (unless the error was ours).
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds (if approved)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
